Cottage cheese with fruit is a delicious snack that has a high protein diet and fibre in each serving. According to some studies, low fat dairy products, such as cottage cheese, may be good for lowering insulin resistance and reducing both body weight and belly fat. Mix a few spoonfuls of cottage cheese with your favourite fruits, such as apples, strawberries, blueberries, or kiwi.
